1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “non-returnable”
- Worn or damaged items due to improper use
2. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if the product is defective or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Dream Luna is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate that in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order is in transit, it must follow the return process above.
